Our dedicated and experienced wedding co-ordinator will be on hand to guide you through every detail of your wedding, offering inspiration and expert advice along the way, to help in creating the unique, unforgettable day that your wedding should be.
We’re also licensed to hold civil ceremonies so why not get married at The Caledonian Hotel and hold all your celebrations under one roof?
It is recommended that you make direct contact with the Superintendent Registrar at Newcastle Civic Centre to make the necessary arrangements for your ceremony to be held at The Caledonian Hotel.

A wedding in 2012 for £2012
This fantastic offer includes everything to make your special day unforgettable: -
A beautiful ceremony room, red carpet, wedding breakfast and drinks package for 40 people, floral table displays for the top table, evening buffet for 80 people, a DJ from 7pm to 12 midnight, bridal suite for the evening of your wedding and discounted room rates for your other guests.

Late Autumn and Winter Weddings 2012
October - Full wedding day package with numbers over 65 we will give you your DJ free! Book our 2012 package and we will upgrade your meal to our £32.50 menu.
November - Book our 2012 package and we will upgrade you to our £15.50 drinks package. Book your full wedding day with us and we will give you five complimentary bedrooms for your guests.
December - Book your special day with us and we will dress your room for free, this includes chair covers, sashes, martini vases and candle centre pieces.

A wedding in 2013 for £2013
