Gita Mistry is a celebrity chef and rising star in her own right.
After appearing on BBC"s "Eating with the Enemy" - presented by James Martin, Gita has gone on to create her own brand of cookware and develop her own unique style of "New Generation Asian Cuisine".
You can meet Gita and learn some of her cooking secrets on Friday evening.

We'd like to invite you to a fabulous Asian extravaganza featuring a whole host of exciting attractions including Asian cuisine, cultural tours and stunning Bollywood entertainment.
Arrival on Friday afternoon.
Friday Evening - Cooking demonstration from celebrity chef Gita Mistry, winner of the BBC's "Eating With The Enemy". Discover the art of blending spices and recipe combinations. Gita and a team of chefs will also cook the evening meal for your enjoyment.
Saturday Morning - Visit a cultural site around the centre of Bradford such as a Sikh Temple, Mosque or Hindu Temple*. You will also pay a visit to Bombay Stores, the UK's largest Asian
department store. Enjoy a sari demonstration and the chance to browse the store before lunch.
Saturday Afternoon - Take part in demonstrations of traditional Asian customs such as Indian yoga, henna tattooing or Indian head massage.
Saturday Evening - An Asian inspired Bollywood finale in our magnificent ballroom. Serving an Asian themed menu inspired by an award winning chef followed by Bollywood style entertainment and dancing. To join us at the hotel just for the Saturday evening Bollywood Night is £35.00 per person.
Sunday - departure.
