After appearing on BBC"s "Eating with the Enemy" - presented by James Martin, Gita has gone on to create her own brand of cookware and develop her own unique style of "New Generation Asian Cuisine".

Friday Evening - Cooking demonstration from celebrity chef Gita Mistry, winner of the BBC's "Eating With The Enemy". Discover the art of blending spices and recipe combinations. Gita and a team of chefs will also cook the evening meal for your enjoyment.

Saturday Morning - Visit a cultural site around the centre of Bradford such as a Sikh Temple, Mosque or Hindu Temple*. You will also pay a visit to Bombay Stores, the UK's largest Asian
department store. Enjoy a sari demonstration and the chance to browse the store before lunch.
Saturday Afternoon - Take part in demonstrations of traditional Asian customs such as Indian yoga, henna tattooing or Indian head massage.
Saturday Evening - Bollywood Evening in the splendour of the Princes Ballroom, with Music and Dance supplied by South East Asian Arts Group Kalasangam www.kalasangam.org, and Authentic Cuisine supplied by Award winning chef Hansa Dhabi and Jas from Hansas Restaurant www.hansasrestaurant.com .
