Function Rooms

We have a number of superbly appointed suites, all with full air conditioning, each with its own individual character and charm to make your special day even more memorable.

The Broadway Suite
In keeping with the ambiance of the hotel, this beautiful appointed function suite provides great versatility to any event.  It has a selection of lighting to help create the right mood, a stage ready to host any entertainment from a band to a disco, a large inlayed wooden dance floor, a private bar and private cloakrooms. It can accommodate from 35 for a sit down dinner and opens out to seat 160. The Broadway Suite is also licensed for Civil Ceremonies up to 120 people.
 
The Penthouse Suite
Suitable for larger celebrations in a self contained building with contemporary design for wedding receptions for above seventy guests, and evening receptions for up to two hundred. Private bar facilities are available, together with cloakroom facilities.

Lincoln Suite
This traditionally decorated room is perfect for more intimate occasions and can seat up to 30 guests on one oval table for a private event. It is also licensed for Civil Ceremonies for up to 65 people.

Medhampstead Room
This lovely light and airy day room, with fine antiques and some superb period pieces, is ideal for a small,  intimate celebration for up to twenty five guests. The main hotel bar and cloakroom facilities are available nearby.

Cardinal Room
This private function suite is suitable for any small occasion and can seat up to 22 guests on one oval table or up to 45 for a buffet reception.
