The Sir John Hedges Suite will accommodate up to 120 delegates. For smaller events of up to 40 delegates each, the room can be divided in two.

Up to 22 delegates can be accommodated in the Private Dining Room.

Our Room Plans give some idea of the flexibility of our well-designed suites, but if you would like to come and view the facilities for yourself please feel free to contact us to arrange a convenient time.

CONFERENCE RATES

Day Delegates

Price per delegate includes hire of meeting room from 9.00am to 5.00pm, free flowing tea and foffee station, 2 comfort breaks, pastries on arrival and a selection of biscuits in the afternoon, sandwich lunch buffet with a fruit plate, 55" TV on a stand, car parking, WiFi VAT at current rate.

Main meeting room will be laid out with:-

• Table Refreshments and Settings (Provided for all conference bookings)
• Notepads and pencils
• Iced water, cordials and sweets or mints
• Name cards
• Business box containing staple remover; extra pens and pencils; paperclips; scissors and ruler.
