We have devised a range of inclusive Day Delegate and 24 Hour conference packages to meet with a wide range of needs and budgets.
Day Delegate Packages:
Each day delegate package is per person and prices are as follows: Our Standard Day Delegate Package is just £31.00 and our Business Class £37.00 per person. All rates include VAT.
All packages include:
- Room Hire (minimum of 12 delegates)
- Fruit cordials and filtered water
- Bowls of boiled sweets or mints
- Conference note pads and pens
- Delegate name tent cards
- Flip Chart
- Morning Tea/ Coffee
- Buffet Lunch
- Afternoon Tea/ Coffee
- Complementary wi-fi throughout the hotel
- VAT included
24 Hour Delegate rates start from £120.00
We also have 24 Hour Delegate packages for delegates who are travelling from longer distances or are attending longer conferences. Our prices start from £120.00 for a standard package or £130 for a Business package.
All packages include the above and:
- Table d’hôte Dinner with Tea/ Coffee, either private dining or in the restaurant.
- Overnight Accommodation
- Full English Breakfast
