The Crown & Mitre Hotel is centrally located in the heart of Carlisle City Centre, within easy walking distance of all public transport links, train and bus stations and only a short drive from the M6 making it the ideal venue for meetings, conferences and banquets for up to 400 delegates. The resplendent ballroom is supported by a number of syndicate rooms which can cater for smaller conferences or more intimate one to one interviews.
The majority of our meeting rooms benefit from natural daylight and our range of conference suites can provide conference and training course organisers and delegates with flexible meeting and dining facilities. Our Ballroom has been the successful venue for exhibitions, boxing matches and large conferences in the past, with features such as easy loading and unloading, access from the car park for equipment through the large double doors and a private bar.
